📋 Description
- • The Defined Benefits Client Manager I - Virtual role at Alight, Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance for assigned clients, ensuring quality administrative services and serving as the primary contact for client service delivery.
- • Day to day, the person will utilize expert knowledge of defined benefits to interpret complex client requirements, address participant inquiries and client escalations, manage ad hoc client projects such as spins, freezes and acquisitions, validate and communicate iCAT results, and collaborate with internal teams like Customer Care and Shared Services to ensure stable and consistent service delivery.
