• • The Defined Benefits Client Manager (DB CM) oversees daily operational performance for assigned clients, managing operations teams to deliver quality administrative services and serving as the primary client contact for service delivery.
• • Day to day, the role involves interpreting complex client requirements using expert DB knowledge, addressing participant inquiries and client escalations, driving stable delivery through data-informed process innovation, managing ad hoc client projects (spins, freezes, acquisitions), validating and communicating iCAT results, collaborating with Oversight & Excellence to improve efficiency, and acting as a point of contact for Customer Care and Shared Services.
