- • The Delegated Ops Manager role ensures optimal delivery of key benefits and operational services to Devoted Health members through rigorous performance management of delegated and offshore partners, driving continuous improvement for scalable, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end delivery of card-based and supplemental benefits (Food & Home Card, OTC, Fitness), setting and monitoring KPIs, partnering cross-functionally with Member Experience, Guide, Integration Ops, and tech teams, developing training materials, managing partner performance, identifying AI-driven automation opportunities, leading 1/1 readiness efforts for new plan year benefits, and conducting financial oversight via invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- • The Delegated Operations team at Devoted Health focuses on optimizing supplemental benefits delivery through vendor management and process improvement, supporting the company’s mission to scale rapidly while maintaining high member satisfaction and compliance.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare supplemental benefits administration, build strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project management skills, gain experience in AI-enabled workflow automation, and drive measurable improvements in member experience, operational efficiency, and fiscal accuracy.
