📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data and AI transformation programmes for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution across multiple concurrent workstreams including Data Engineering, Machine Learning/AI, and Analytics.
• Drive strategic alignment between technical delivery roadmaps and client business objectives, translating complex technical initiatives into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
• Own financial accountability for client accounts, including P&L management, revenue forecasting, budget tracking, resource burn analysis, and margin optimization for professional services engagements.
• Design and structure large-scale transformation programmes, including operating model design, change management frameworks, and SOW creation aligned with client strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and executive stakeholders, managing expectations, building trust, and ensuring sustained customer satisfaction through transparent communication and governance.
• Implement and adapt appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) tailored to enterprise environments, acting as a change agent to improve client delivery maturity.
• Proactively identify and manage account health, driving renewals, upselling opportunities, and expansion of scope through deep stakeholder mapping and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and technical/engineering leadership to grow strategic accounts, aligning delivery performance with commercial growth objectives.
• Mentor and empower delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Delivery function.
• Contribute to the evolution of Datatonic’s program management frameworks by challenging existing processes and introducing best practices for large-scale enterprise delivery.
• Become a subject matter expert in one of Datatonic’s core verticals: Telecommunications, Agency, Media & Entertainment, or Financial Services & Insurance.
• Design and implement effective project governance systems suitable for large enterprise engagements, ensuring clarity in roles, decision-making, and reporting structures.
• Track and report on business value realization post-deployment, linking technical deliverables directly to client KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Manage commercial arrangements and contract scope changes, ensuring alignment between contractual obligations and delivery execution.
• Utilize JIRA or similar ITS software to track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency across delivery teams.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive clients, translating technical capabilities into strategic business narratives for decision-makers.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposal development, solution design, and commercial structuring for new opportunities.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform as the foundational technology for all client transformations.

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience within a consulting firm, Big Four, or Technical Consultancy focused on complex enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million+ dollar scope, multi-year duration, involving 10+ team members).
• Proven expertise in the pre-sales and commercial process, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts.
• Exceptional senior and executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps into clear business language.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements.
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working, particularly in the context of enterprise data programs.
