• Qodeworld is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager specializing in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to spearhead transformative initiatives. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who can orchestrate the successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale data transformation projects and cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding our journey towards data modernization, leveraging advanced technologies to unlock new business value and drive innovation.
• As the Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of complex Data and AI programs. This encompasses meticulous program planning, agile execution, proactive risk management, transparent stakeholder communication, and diligent financial tracking. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the program roadmap is not only executed efficiently but also remains tightly aligned with the overarching business strategy and our ambitious data modernization goals. You will be a key leader, managing and motivating distributed, cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• A significant aspect of this role involves providing essential technical oversight and architectural guidance. You will be expected to leverage your deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms, with a particular emphasis on Snowflake and AWS Glue. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the design and implementation of robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines capable of handling diverse data types, from structured to unstructured. Ensuring adherence to best practices in data modeling, establishing strong data governance frameworks, and maintaining high data quality standards will be paramount. Furthermore, you will lead the integration of innovative Generative AI use cases, including the development and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI-driven automation solutions. Close collaboration with architecture and security teams will be essential to guarantee compliance with all relevant standards and robust data protection measures.
• Beyond technical execution, you will serve as the primary liaison between our business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams. This requires a unique ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable, and effective Data and AI solutions. You will be responsible for presenting clear, concise, and executive-level updates, including performance dashboards and strategic risk mitigation plans, to senior leadership. A core focus will be on driving tangible value realization and ensuring that our data investments yield measurable business outcomes, demonstrating the impact of our Data and AI capabilities.
• This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong execution focus, capable of balancing deep technical understanding with a clear alignment to business objectives. You will need to possess exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, coupled with a strong leadership presence that enables you to influence senior stakeholders effectively. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals will be critical to your success. • The ideal candidate will possess a good hands-on understanding of Snowflake architecture, including optimization techniques and performance tuning. Expertise in AWS Glue for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration is essential. A deep knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipeline design principles, and proficiency with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or AWS Step Functions are required. Crucially, you must have demonstrable experience in delivering Generative AI solutions, encompassing LLM integrations, prompt engineering best practices, and understanding AI governance principles. Experience working with major cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS, is highly valued. A solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern lakehouse architectures is also a key requirement for this role.
• In terms of program management, we are looking for a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Technical Program Management or Delivery Leadership roles. Proven experience managing large, multimillion-dollar enterprise data programs is a must. You should possess strong capabilities in risk management, budget oversight, and vendor management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven ability to manage and influence executive-level stakeholders are critical for success in this position. Experience in building AI-driven automation and analytics platforms, particularly within the Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management sectors, or extensive experience in enterprise digital transformation programs, would be considered a significant advantage.

• Proven expertise in cloud-native data platforms, with strong hands-on understanding of Snowflake architecture, optimization, and performance tuning, and proficiency in AWS Glue for data ingestion and transformation.
