- • Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to define success metrics, evaluate A/B experiments, and generate actionable insights from user behavior data.
- • Own and maintain a sophisticated cross-platform conversion funnel that tracks user journeys across websites, channels, and touchpoints.
- • Design, implement, and maintain event tracking systems using both client-side and server-side instrumentation to ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection.
- • Analyze marketing campaign performance to assess user acquisition quality, channel effectiveness, and ROI across digital platforms.
- • Collaborate with the CRM team to deliver insights on subscription patterns, newsletter engagement, refer-a-friend programs, and loyalty program performance to optimize retention and customer lifetime value.
- • Use SQL and dbt to model, transform, and clean raw data into reliable, reusable datasets that power dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
- • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in user behavior to drive product and marketing improvements without explicit direction.
- • Enable self-service analytics by creating clear documentation, training materials, and intuitive data sets in Lightdash to empower non-technical teams.
- • Work within a centralized Data team to support data-driven decision-making across the organization, bridging technical execution with business strategy.
- • Ensure all data infrastructure and tracking practices comply with privacy regulations and company standards.
- • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and CRM.
- • Continuously improve data quality, tracking accuracy, and analytical processes to scale insights as the business grows.
- • Contribute to the development of a data-literate culture by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in analytics.
- • Monitor and optimize key product and marketing KPIs through regular reporting and real-time dashboards.
- • Support the integration of Shopify data into the broader analytics stack to enhance e-commerce performance analysis.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product analytics roles with exposure to both product and marketing analytics
- • Proven expertise in event tracking (client-side and server-side), product instrumentation, and campaign analysis
- • Strong command of SQL; experience with Python is a plus
- • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- • Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage
- • Proficiency in English
