- • Delivery Management Associate at Tandem Health Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the company’s AI-powered clinical documentation platform across healthcare providers in Sweden. This role directly impacts patient care by enabling clinicians to focus more on patients and less on administrative work through seamless implementation of technology that integrates into existing clinical workflows.
- • The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer implementation projects, from planning and coordination to go-live support and post-implementation optimization, ensuring that Tandem’s solution is adopted effectively and delivers measurable improvements in clinical efficiency and user satisfaction.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams including Engineering, Medical Operations, and Talent Acquisition, as well as external customer stakeholders such as clinic managers, IT administrators, and frontline clinicians, acting as the primary liaison to align technical capabilities with clinical needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing structured delivery plans, managing timelines and scope, coordinating EHR integrations, configuring clinical documentation templates and workflows, planning and facilitating user training sessions, coaching end-users during adoption, tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks, and contributing to the refinement of internal delivery playbooks as the company scales.
- • This position is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting, project management, or client-facing implementation roles who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments and enjoys solving complex coordination challenges while building trust with diverse stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar structured, client-facing role involving timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, track progress against plans, and maintain clarity amid evolving priorities.
- • Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with local customers, clinicians, and internal teams.
- • Interest in healthcare, public sector, or technology-driven transformation; prior experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
