- • The IT Assistant, Field Services role bridges technical initiatives and field operations, focusing on Cornerstone operations while supporting Pinnacle operations as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between IT projects and field service delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the Field Services Manager and Lead in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; documenting project requirements and maintaining task lists in Monday.com; compiling weekly performance reports with metrics and visit counts; managing ticket queues and backlogs by coordinating with team members for status updates; maintaining accurate documentation of projects, support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions; and contributing to the creation and upkeep of knowledge base articles.
