- • The Regional Operations Manager - North Central leads regional branch operations teams for Stanley Access Technologies, a division of Allegion plc, driving performance in customer service, growth, quality, and operational productivity while reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional construction/service business plans with Sales/Finance, meeting installation/service goals, cultivating high-performing teams through talent sourcing and development, providing acquisition integration, leading branch managers and support staff, training staff on new products and initiatives, and traveling approximately 50% of the time to align local market activity with financial goals.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership skills in operations management, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and customer service, and achieve measurable impact through improved regional KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance while fostering a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- • 5+ years of Leadership experience
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- • Creative problem-solving abilities
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Knowledge of Microsoft programs-EXCEL, Word, Office Suite, Powerpoint, Microsoft D365 a plus
