- • As a Delivery Manager at Hawk-Eye Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of advanced optical tracking and automated officiating systems for elite sports, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, product, and operations teams to support the company’s mission of delivering world-class sports technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading cross-functional project delivery, managing roadmaps and timelines, driving agile practices, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, tracking progress with data-driven reporting, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers technical teams to excel.
- • You will join a dynamic, cross-functional Delivery Team within the Tracking and Auto Officiating Value Stream, partnering directly with Product, Software Engineering, and Operations to deliver integrated services and fully automated officiating technology to global sports clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and complex technical project coordination while growing into a trusted leader who anticipates challenges, optimizes processes, and enables high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge innovations in sports technology.

- • Proven experience delivering and leading cross-functional projects based on company priorities to tight deadlines
- • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with the ability to tailor approaches to different scenarios
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience in senior stakeholder engagement
- • Ability to understand complex systems to anticipate, surface, and mitigate emerging issues
- • Comfort in a reactive, fast-paced environment with the skill to quickly assess impacts and propose informed paths forward
- • Data-driven mindset using metrics to measure outcomes and drive process improvements
