- • The Delivery Manager oversees a team of three Enterprise Implementation Consultants, each managing 4-6 concurrent implementation projects, ensuring successful setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for large home services businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting weekly status meetings with stakeholders and executive leadership, resolving client escalations, fostering team collaboration, hosting weekly one-on-ones for coaching and development, and partnering with cross-functional teams in sales, data, training, and product to meet project timelines.
- • The Enterprise Implementation Services team at ServiceTitan drives client success by tailoring platform implementations to unique business needs, directly impacting client satisfaction, productivity, and long-term outcomes in the home services industry.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic thinking skills by advising senior leadership on long-term client success strategies, mentoring team members, and gaining deep expertise in SaaS implementation and enterprise client management within a high-growth technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in team management, client relationships, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, or home/commercial services industries
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience
- • Proven track record of being detail-oriented while managing multiple concurrent projects
- • Ability to think proactively and anticipate roadblocks before they impact timelines
- • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong understanding of excellent client experience and partnership
- • Experience as a collaborative team player who enables others across the organization
- • Knowledge of and experience with SmartSheet is a plus (not required)
