- • This freelance Delivery Manager - AI Trainer role is critical for bridging real-world delivery management expertise with cutting-edge AI development, ensuring that advanced AI systems learn from authentic operational reasoning rather than theoretical models. By refining AI-generated content based on actual project experience, you directly influence how AI understands complex delivery processes, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution realities—making AI tools more reliable and practical for enterprise use.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to delivery management, project planning, execution requirements, and practical aspects of delivery operations; evaluating AI responses for operational accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements; drafting realistic delivery management scenarios grounded in your direct professional experience; creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives (delivery manager, client, project stakeholder, vendor); and identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content to improve reasoning fidelity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level delivery management experience with a proven track record in advising on, planning, and executing delivery strategies and projects within the EU or UK
- • Strong ability to evaluate operational processes, requirements, and compliance with a critical eye for practicality and real-world applicability
- • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision, delivering structured, timely, and insightful feedback on AI-generated content
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to tasks and communications
- • Excellent written communication skills to clearly articulate scenarios, feedback, and refinements in a professional, detailed manner
