• • The Delivery Manager - Azure - Digital Velocity at CDW Corporation is a business, sales, and solutions thought leader responsible for leading Advanced Technology Services Teams to achieve finance, operations, client, and coworker targets while driving alignment between Sales, Solution Architects, and Services teams.
• • Day to day, the role involves attaining revenue and gross profit growth targets, collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to achieve practice goals, managing project financials and team utilization, validating and approving Statements of Work, building strategic partnerships with Microsoft and HashiCorp, acting as an escalation point for client issues, attracting and retaining top-tier Azure talent, coaching teams on consultative soft skills, ensuring team proficiency in Agentic AI, Azure AI, Platform Engineering, AKS, and FinOps, monitoring coworker satisfaction, and fostering a Community of Practice for knowledge sharing.
