📋 Description

• As a Delivery Manager at Airwallex, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations that bring global payments and financial products to life for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways, turning business requirements into actionable plans and orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• You will translate agreed business requirements and solution proposals into comprehensive project delivery plans, manage overall project execution including risk and dependency management, and lead day-to-day orchestration of workstreams across onboarding, configuration, testing/certification, and pilot/launch phases.
• You will collaborate closely with integration engineers, solution architects, product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to secure sign-offs, prioritize requirements, and align delivery milestones with broader product roadmaps and operational readiness.
• You will apply professional services methodologies and disciplined project management practices (governance, RAID logs, KPIs, status reporting) to manage multi-workstream efforts across regions, track key metrics like time-to-go-live and adherence to plan, and lead post-launch reviews to continuously improve integration playbooks.
• You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sale through go-live and early optimization, while influencing decisions without direct authority through strong communication and presentation skills.
• You will join a global team of over 2,000 innovators across 26 offices, working within the Merchant Services team that partners with clients to drive growth through Airwallex’s product portfolio, serving as a trusted technical advisor and single point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
• You will develop expertise in embedded finance, global payment systems, and enterprise-scale integrations, gaining exposure to high-visibility projects with Fortune 500 clients and building career-defining experience in a fast-moving, mission-driven fintech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery Management or Project Management, managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in a high-paced environment (e.g., consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation).
• Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions, and the ability to translate product capabilities into practical integration plans for partners.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including C-level executives, technical teams, and operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead steering meetings, write clear status updates, and influence decisions without direct authority.
