📋 Description

• The Service Delivery Manager at CDW is a business, sales, and solutions thought leader responsible for leading Advanced Technology Services Teams to achieve finance, operations, client, and coworker targets within their region.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining technology relationships with key partners (especially Adobe Experience solutions), managing team performance through coaching and training, acting as an escalation point for issue resolution, collaborating with Sales and Solutions teams on client calls and strategies, and preparing services delivery agreements focused on profitability and customer success.
• CDW is a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that helps businesses, government, education, and healthcare organizations achieve what’s possible through technology, emphasizing trust, collaboration, and innovation as coworkers, not just employees.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic advisory skills, deepen expertise in Adobe Experience and marketing technologies, drive revenue and gross profit growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning and AI fluency while guiding team development and customer success initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, a related technical degree or equivalent experience, with 7 years delivering large-scale enterprise technical solutions (or 11 years experience without degree)
• One year of managerial experience
• Experience in Adobe Digital Experience solutions and marketing technology automation is preferred
• Ability to lead teams, gain consensus, and effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Proven negotiation skills and experience working with vendors and business partners
• Demonstrated ability to identify and creatively resolve client, project, and people issues under ambiguity and tight deadlines
