- • As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you serve as a trusted technical advisor embedded within customer organizations, ensuring the successful adoption and maximization of value from the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform for complex enterprise clients.
- • Day to day, you own the post-sales technical strategy for high-value use cases, guide architectural decisions, remove blockers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, drive product adoption and cost optimization, and provide executive-level updates on usage, health, and investment status.
- • You work within Databricks’ Field Engineering organization, reporting to a DSA Manager, collaborating closely with sales, solutions architects, product, engineering, and customer success teams to accelerate delivery and account growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, strengthen your ability to translate technical outcomes into business value, and lead strategic technical engagements that shape customer roadmaps and platform adoption at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala, and a solid understanding of distributed data systems.
- • 5+ years of experience delivering Data, Analytics, or AI projects, with the ability to contribute to architectural discussions with customers.
- • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as technical architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or customer success.
- • Ability to guide architectural decisions in domains such as data engineering, data architecture, data warehousing, or data science.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive delivery outcomes without hands-on keyboard responsibilities.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- • Fluency in English is required; French or German language skills are a plus.
- • Ability to travel up to 30%.
