- • As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will drive the post-sale technical success and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform in strategic public sector accounts, ensuring customers maximize value from their data and AI investments.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical account strategy, serve as the primary technical lead for complex use cases, coordinate with internal teams including Professional Services and Product Engineering, and provide executive-level guidance on solution architecture, product adoption, and consumption health.
- • You will join Databricks’ Field Engineering organization, collaborating with sales, solutions architects, and technical specialists to accelerate customer outcomes in high-impact, often classified, public sector environments requiring U.S. citizenship for access.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise data and AI strategy, strengthen your ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and grow as a trusted advisor influencing both customer success and internal product direction.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract and classified information access obligations
- • 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI domains
- • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
- • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
- • Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed
