- • The Delivery Specialist role at Strada, Inc. is a critical position focused on ensuring seamless payroll and HR service delivery across global operations, directly impacting client satisfaction and operational excellence by driving process improvements, managing compliance, and supporting major projects.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end service processes, leading delivery assurance activities, monitoring compliance with legislation and internal standards, creating and delivering training content, managing client and stakeholder communications, hosting operational governance calls, and supporting service readiness and operational readiness initiatives.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in HR and payroll processes, advance project management and problem-solving skills, gain experience in cross-functional and cross-border collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction across delivery centers and geographies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient knowledge and technical competence of HR and payroll teams within the assigned geography, particularly Malaysia Payroll, HR Administration, and Service Centre Processes
- • Advanced expertise in several HR process areas, including but not limited to Malaysia Payroll, HR Administration, and Service Centre Processes
- • Advanced project management skills including information gathering, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and experience with methodologies such as Six Sigma (preferred)
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information effectively and manage client escalations
- • Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to maintain performance under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- • Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams and preparing procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation
