- • Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery including agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications.
- • Manage projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures.
- • Handle complex tasks independently such as escalations, report analysis, and communication with key stakeholders.
- • Coordinate with clients, carriers, third parties, and internal company services to ensure seamless service delivery.
- • Monitor and track service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Manage multiple carrier agent readiness-to-sell processes, ensuring compliance and timely activation.
- • Partner with carrier contacts to document readiness processes, communicate status updates, report issues or risks, and obtain resolutions.
- • Build and maintain domain, plan, and regulatory knowledge through formal learning and on-the-job experiences.
- • Utilize collaboration software tools in a remote work environment to maintain productivity and communication.
- • Maintain enhanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, WebEx Teams, and Microsoft Teams for daily operations.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- • Apply analytical, listening, and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and support cross-functional teams.
- • Exhibit high attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external partners.
- • Adhere to Alight’s camera-on culture during virtual interviews and work interactions.
- • Be prepared for occasional travel to one of Alight’s physical office locations as required.
- • Ensure all work complies with Alight’s employment policies, including background check requirements prior to onboarding.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion by respecting diverse backgrounds and supporting equitable practices in daily operations.
