📋 Description

• As the first Demand Gen Marketer at WorkWhile Inc., you will supercharge the top-of-funnel engine by generating qualified leads and rapidly scaling pipeline to fuel hypergrowth, directly impacting the company’s mission to disrupt the $650B staffing and recruiting market.
• Day to day, you will plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across channels, leverage AI tools to automate and scale creative output, analyze funnel metrics for ROI, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams, and manage end-to-end campaign ownership from strategy to execution.
• WorkWhile is a mission-driven, venture-backed startup reshaping the future of work by matching hourly workers with stable shifts and offering benefits like next-day pay and telehealth, backed by Khosla Ventures and recognized on the Inc. 5000 for 10x growth.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-powered marketing automation, deepen your cross-functional collaboration skills, master attribution and analytics in a high-growth SaaS environment, and shape WorkWhile’s demand generation strategy from the ground up as an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Marketing (B2B).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B demand generation or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on proficiency with web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution
• Proven track record of using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper, Clay) to automate tasks and scale creative output
• Strong writing ability with comfort in design tools like Canva or Figma to create on-brand assets
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, SDRs, and Product teams
• Track record of planning and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and pipeline ROI
