- • As a Senior Manager of Demand Gen - Performance Marketing at Fieldguide Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s growth engine by owning and optimizing paid media strategies that directly support the mission of building trust in global commerce through audit and cybersecurity automation. This role is critical to accelerating customer acquisition in a high-growth, early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors, where your work will directly influence pipeline, revenue, and market positioning.
- • You will lead the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social (including LinkedIn), display networks, and niche platforms like Capterra and Reddit, ensuring alignment with business goals and full-funnel objectives. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on campaign management in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, budget allocation, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to drive efficient, high-intent traffic.
- • You will continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality, leveraging A/B testing frameworks and performance data to iterate rapidly. This includes collaborating with content and SEO teams to ensure paid and organic strategies are synchronized, identifying content gaps, and enhancing SERP coverage through integrated keyword and messaging strategies.
- • You will own the website as a demand engine, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience, conversion pathways, and content strategy, while running experiments on landing pages and offers to improve lead quality and downstream revenue impact.
- • You will develop and execute persona-based, lifecycle marketing journeys tailored to specific practice areas (e.g., cybersecurity, privacy, financial audit) and buyer intent stages, aligning messaging, offers, and channel strategy to move prospects efficiently from awareness to MQL and sales opportunity.
- • You will own performance reporting, attribution modeling, and funnel analytics, using event-level data to identify drop-offs, measure ROI, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders in marketing, sales, and leadership.
- • You will manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ensuring efficient spend allocation and continuous optimization for scalable growth.
- • You will join a remote-first, inclusive, and values-driven team that prioritizes humility, support, and continuous learning, where you’ll have the autonomy to shape strategies and the backing to experiment and scale what works.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, and B2B demand generation within a niche but high-impact vertical (professional services, audit, advisory), while gaining visibility into how marketing directly influences revenue and customer lifecycle in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of paid media, search, and full-funnel acquisition programs
- • Proven hands-on experience managing paid search and paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, including lead generation, revenue impact, attribution models, and event-based tracking
