- • In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our outbound prospecting strategy, targeting enterprise accounts across key verticals. You will be responsible for building and optimizing multi-channel outreach sequences, leveraging a sophisticated tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo. This involves defining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation and account prioritization frameworks, ensuring our efforts are focused and impactful. A key aspect of your role will be to monitor pipeline health rigorously and provide weekly reports to leadership, offering insights and driving strategic adjustments.
- • A significant and exciting component of this position involves the design and iteration of AI agent workflows. You will be tasked with automating critical aspects of the sales development process, including prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up. This requires a hands-on approach to leveraging LLM-powered tools such as Clay AI, Make, or custom solutions to build scalable, autonomous outbound pipelines. Your expertise will be crucial in developing intelligent agents that can effectively engage potential clients and nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- • You will also be responsible for instrumenting these AI agents with robust feedback loops and quality controls, ensuring their performance is continuously optimized and that all activities remain compliant with GDPR regulations. Evaluating emerging AI tooling will be a continuous part of your role, alongside documenting agent architectures to ensure workflows are reproducible, auditable, and maintainable. This focus on operational excellence and innovation will be key to scaling our demand generation efforts.
- • Collaboration is central to success at Beamery. You will partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the content/product marketing teams to ensure our outbound motions are tightly aligned with broader go-to-market strategies. Developing compelling messaging tailored for key personas such as CHROs and VPs of Talent will be essential to resonate with our target audience.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining dashboards within HubSpot or other BI tooling. These dashboards will provide real-time visibility into pipeline performance and the effectiveness of our AI agents, enabling data-driven decision-making. You will also collaborate with members of the Finance team on data flows, attribution models, and CRM hygiene, contributing to accurate reporting and forecasting. Your input will be valuable in quarterly Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, ensuring our strategies are aligned with business objectives.
