  • • As a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise at Scrunch Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how innovative brands are discovered in an AI-first world, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping marketing teams adapt to the rise of LLMs and AI-powered search by building scalable, pipeline-focused demand generation systems that drive real revenue impact.
  • • You will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of enterprise demand generation programs, ensuring that marketing efforts are tightly aligned with sales objectives and focused on generating qualified pipeline—not just engagement—through strategic, data-informed campaigns that leverage AI to increase speed, precision, and scalability.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning pipeline performance from enterprise programs, planning and running multi-channel demand gen initiatives (including ABM, paid media, content, creator partnerships, and strategic alliances), using AI to accelerate targeting, personalization, and analysis, and establishing clear metrics and rhythms to track and improve program effectiveness.
  • • You will build and run tailored, high-quality multi-channel programs for enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with design teams to maintain brand consistency and relevance, while using AI to generate ideas, test variations, and scale personalization without sacrificing authenticity or impact.
  • • A core part of your role will be partnering with sales and revenue development teams to align demand generation motions with outbound efforts, ensuring seamless handoffs, shared account priorities, and coordinated strategies that reinforce each other to accelerate deal progression and support high-value opportunities.
  • • You will continuously test new ideas across channels and formats, use AI to run faster experiments and learn quickly, double down on what works, drop what doesn’t, and turn successful experiments into simple, repeatable systems that can be scaled across the organization.
  • • You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing a builder’s mindset to experiment with new tools, workflows, and approaches, while maintaining high ownership and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, venture-backed startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM) with a proven track record of generating pipeline for enterprise clients
  • • Demonstrated experience designing and running multi-channel marketing programs and experiments that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, longer sales cycles, and the ability to tailor marketing strategies to complex organizational decision-making units
  • • Clear examples of using AI to improve marketing workflows—such as in campaign creation, audience targeting, content personalization, testing, or performance analysis—to increase speed, scale, and effectiveness
  • • A builder mentality with curiosity, systems thinking, and comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels, with high ownership and tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
