- • As a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise at Scrunch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprise brands are discovered and engaged in an AI-first world, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping marketing teams adapt to the rise of LLMs and AI-driven discovery—where your work will generate real pipeline that fuels scalable growth for both Scrunch and its high-profile clients like Lenovo, Skims, and Clerk.
- • You will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of enterprise demand generation programs, focusing on creating measurable pipeline—not just engagement—by leveraging AI to accelerate experimentation, personalize outreach at scale, and turn successful tactics into repeatable, high-impact systems that align with long enterprise sales cycles.
- • Your day-to-day will involve planning and running multi-channel ABM, paid, content, creator, and partnership campaigns tailored to enterprise accounts, using AI to speed up ideation, targeting, and performance analysis while maintaining high-quality, consistent output in collaboration with design and GTM teams.
- • You will partner closely with Sales and Revenue Development to align demand generation motions with outbound efforts, ensuring campaigns reinforce sales priorities and support active deals with targeted, account-specific programs that move opportunities forward.
- • You will continuously test new ideas across channels and formats, using AI to run faster experiments, learn quickly, and double down on what drives pipeline—discarding what doesn’t work and codifying winners into simple, scalable systems that improve over time.
- • You will operate with a builder’s mindset, comfortable at both strategic and execution levels, bringing curiosity, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity to constantly improve how demand is generated—not just by doing more, but by scaling impact through smarter, AI-augmented workflows.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-augmented demand generation, enterprise ABM, and GTM systems thinking, gaining the ability to design and scale pipeline engines that are measurable, repeatable, and resilient—skills that are increasingly critical as marketing evolves beyond traditional channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM) with a proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline through multi-channel campaigns and programs
- • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, longer sales cycles, and how to create tailored, relevant programs that drive pipeline—not just engagement or leads
- • Demonstrated experience using AI to improve marketing workflows, including campaign creation, testing, analysis, or automation, with clear examples of how AI accelerated impact or scalability
- • Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels, with high ownership, a builder mentality, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while partnering effectively with sales and revenue development teams
