  • • As an early member of the Marketing team at Canals, Inc., you will lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive new logo pipeline and cross-sells in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company transforming the $10T industrial supply chain with AI.
  • • You will develop and implement outbound campaigns tied to intent signals, plan and scale paid search and social campaigns, manage advertising partnerships, evaluate emerging channels like billboards and direct mail, build nurture programs, partner with Sales for seamless handoff, create compelling copy and creative, build landing pages, run structured testing, measure performance with ROI focus, and manage day-to-day campaign operations including budgets and external agencies.
  • • Canals is a fully remote, profitable startup with a 100-person team (60 in engineering) distributed across North and South America, integrating AI into industrial supply chain systems to automate tasks and reduce failure points in global logistics.
  • • You will have the opportunity to shape and scale demand generation efforts from early stages, gain deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, drive measurable impact on pipeline and revenue, and grow your strategic and tactical skills in a high-impact, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management within B2B SaaS
  • • Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel programs including email, search, social, display, and retargeting
  • • Proven track record of driving lead and pipeline growth through creative, data-driven campaigns
  • • Analytical, test-and-learn mindset with a bias for action
  • • Superb writing and communication skills
  • • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
