- • About The Role: We are excited to introduce a compelling and competitive new demand generation offering for our valued customers at Directive. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the direct management of a focused portfolio, working with no more than seven accounts. You will hold direct responsibility for their performance marketing success, acting as a strategic partner and execution lead.
- • The ideal candidate is an exceptionally strong T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep and nuanced expertise within the SaaS marketplace. This expertise should span across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, demonstrating a holistic understanding of the B2B customer journey. A crucial element of this role involves not only the hands-on execution of campaigns but also the critical function of interfacing directly with clients. This includes pitching strategic recommendations, presenting performance insights, and consistently ensuring that client results not only meet but significantly exceed expectations.

- • Roles & Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to own the success of a portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring their growth and achievement of marketing objectives across all relevant channels. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and business goals.
- • You will be expected to handle client relationships with exceptional poise, unwavering confidence, and genuine empathy. Building trust and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with your client points of contact is paramount. This involves proactive communication, transparent reporting, and a deep understanding of their business challenges and aspirations.
- • Effective project management and meticulous organization of your accounts are essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This requires a proactive approach to planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- • A deep technical understanding of marketing strategy, Paid Media (including platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), SEO best practices, and CRO principles is fundamental. This knowledge should be specifically applied to the context of technology companies and the B2B SaaS landscape.
- • A strong background and proven experience within the SaaS industry are highly preferred, as this will enable you to quickly understand client challenges and develop relevant, effective strategies.
- • You will demonstrate a strong ability to have a large and measurable impact within a very specific and focused role, showcasing your ability to excel in a specialized area of marketing.
