- • The Demand Planner Brazil and LATAM role is critical to ensuring accurate demand forecasting and supply chain alignment across Brazil and Latin America, supporting Solenis’ mission to deliver sustainable chemical solutions for water-intensive industries.
- • Day to day, the role involves collecting and analyzing demand data, creating statistical forecasts under guidance, monitoring forecast performance, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service to gather inputs, updating demand plans, maintaining system parameters, and publishing reports and dashboards for S&OP processes.
- • Solenis is a global leader in specialty chemicals, focused on water treatment, process improvement, and hygiene for consumer, industrial, institutional, food and beverage, and pool and spa markets, with a strong commitment to sustainability, diversity, and innovation.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in demand planning methodologies, forecast accuracy metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and S&OP processes, gaining valuable experience in a global chemical company with opportunities for growth and impact on operational sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with demand planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra)
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends and variances
- • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service
- • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
