- • As a Demand Response Program Consultant at ClearResult Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable energy solutions by leading the implementation and oversight of residential Demand Response (DR) programs in Eastern Pennsylvania, directly contributing to grid reliability, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction goals for utility clients and communities.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison between ClearResult and the utility client, ensuring program performance aligns with regulatory standards like Act 129, while managing subcontractors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes in customer enrollment, load reduction, and program savings.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design and execution of residential DR offerings, overseeing subcontractor and technology partner coordination for seamless program delivery, monitoring key performance metrics (enrollment, kW load reduction, customer satisfaction), producing accurate monthly forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance with EM&V protocols and utility contractual requirements, and collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to drive participation—especially among hard-to-reach and moderate-income households.
- • You will participate in weekly status meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc discussions with the utility project manager, maintain adherence to Act 129 and utility program plans, support compliance reviews and evaluations, and travel regularly within Eastern Pennsylvania to the Allentown office and client sites for in-person meetings and program oversight.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in demand response, energy efficiency, or utility program management.
- • Proven analytical skills for forecasting, performance reporting, and data interpretation.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client and team collaboration.
- • Familiarity with Pennsylvania Act 129 and utility regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- • Ability to travel regularly within Eastern Pennsylvania and to the Allentown, PA office for client meetings.
