📋 Description

• As a Growth Marketing Manager at Allium, you will develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive growth marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow the customer base for a high-growth blockchain data analytics startup.
• You will establish growth marketing as a repeatable, scalable engine across geographies, audiences, and channels, driving business outcomes such as new subscriptions and API usage through best-in-class campaigns.
• Allium is building the system of record for onchain finance, ingesting and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains and 30+ petabytes of history to serve finance, engineering, and strategy teams at institutions like Visa, Stripe, G-SIB Banks, and the Federal Reserve.
• You will deepen your expertise in Web3 customer behavior, leverage on-chain and engagement data to refine segmentation, and collaborate with product and marketing ops to deliver automated, triggered campaigns that enhance user engagement and drive ARR growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or data analytics
• Expertise in building high-performing, scalable email and cross-channel growth campaigns with deep understanding of conversion rates, ARR growth, and optimization tactics
• Experience with experimentation and data analysis (e.g., on-chain transaction data, user engagement metrics) to translate insights into actionable campaign changes
• Proficiency in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement using tools like HubSpot, Clay, or similar marketing ops platforms
• Passion for blockchain technology and familiarity with DeFi, trad-fi, or cross-chain analytics as a plus
