- • Build demo content, applications, workflows, and technical assets for major events, product launches, executive programs, conference booths, breakouts, and scaled digital content experiences.
- • Translate narrative and creative direction defined by Demo Studio Leads and Content Leads into polished, production-ready technical execution.
- • Create specific demo moments and supporting assets for live settings, recorded content, digital experiences, sales enablement, and event follow-up.
- • Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, and event production teams to ensure demo content is accurate, reliable, and aligned with the intended story and business objectives.
- • Develop and refine prototype applications, agent workflows, screen flows, data-backed experiences, and multimodal demo assets using modern development tools and AI systems.
- • Prepare demo materials for live execution, including system setup, screen recordings, presenter flows, backup assets, and operational checks to ensure reliability in high-stakes environments.
- • Support rehearsals, reviews, and iteration cycles by rapidly implementing high-quality updates based on feedback from Leads and stakeholders.
- • Adapt live demo moments into scaled assets such as explainers, web modules, short-form clips, booth content, and customer-facing materials.
- • Contribute to shared demo systems, reusable components, documentation, and best practices to improve quality and speed across the Demo Studio.
- • Take on increasingly broad ownership over time, transitioning from defined asset execution to owning larger demo workstreams and event-level responsibilities.
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the San Francisco office, with occasional travel for events and live demonstrations.
- • Collaborate across creative, technical, product, marketing, and production stakeholders to deliver technically credible and narratively compelling AI experiences.
- • Maintain strong attention to detail, craft, reliability, usability, and polish in all demo outputs, ensuring consistency across live and digital formats.
- • Operate with ownership within defined scopes while demonstrating judgment and initiative to grow into broader demo leadership responsibilities.
- • Ensure all demo assets are technically sound, scalable, and optimized for diverse audiences including executives, practitioners, and event attendees.
- • Work with APIs, AI systems, data pipelines, and modern development workflows to build interactive and data-driven demo experiences.
- • Contribute to the evolution of OpenAI’s demo infrastructure by identifying opportunities for automation, reuse, and standardization across projects.
