- • The Dental Network Recruiter role is critical to expanding Guardian’s dental networks by recruiting and contracting dentists to support the growth of Guardian’s dental products and ensure strong network access and discounts for clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing PPO and DHMO recruitment efforts in an assigned territory, negotiating fee schedules using market data, speaking with dentists and decision-makers about network participation value, ensuring complete applications for timely processing, logging activities in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams including provider relations, DSO support, and network business analysts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in dental claims, provider relations, dental recruitment, or other dental industry experience
- • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and overcome objections
- • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment opportunities, strategizing, and using market data to negotiate fee schedules and increase utilization
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and work effectively both independently and in a team environment
