- • Design, build, and deliver high-quality software features that drive customer and business impact in the audit, cybersecurity, and financial compliance domains
- • Work directly with customers to identify, ideate, and solve their most challenging problems related to audit workflows and compliance automation
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and go-to-market teams to transform complex regulatory and operational challenges into elegant, user-focused solutions
- • Balance rapid iteration with long-term system maintainability, reliability, and technical health
- • Continuously improve the engineering tech stack, developer workflows, testing practices, and observability standards
- • Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented engineering culture grounded in trust, learning, and excellence
- • Travel up to 25% of your time to engage with customers and support deployment efforts
- • Lead complex technical projects or systems, setting architectural direction and ensuring long-term system health (Senior level)
- • Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape product roadmaps and define technical tradeoffs (Senior level)
- • Serve as a domain expert in key technical areas such as frontend architecture, backend systems, or developer experience (Senior level)
