  • • As a Deployment Engineer for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, you will be instrumental in the next phase of ScorePlay's growth, focusing on highly structured and professional rollouts of our AI media platform for complex sports and broadcast organizations.
  • • You will operate at the critical intersection of technology and customer success, serving as the technical lead responsible for the end-to-end deployment, integration, and successful implementation of ScorePlay's Media Asset Management (MAM) solution for our key clients in ANZ.
  • • Your role begins at project kickoff and extends through to the go-live phase, ensuring a seamless transition and a robust technical foundation for our clients.
  • • You will collaborate directly with clients and various internal teams, including Customer Success, Technology, Product, and Pre-Sales, to transform intricate implementation processes into seemingly simple and efficient experiences.
  • • A significant aspect of your contribution will be shaping how ScorePlay delivers technical value at scale, with a dedicated focus on the unique demands of the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • • Solution Deployment & Integration:
  • • Take ownership of the complete technical deployment lifecycle for larger ANZ clients, from the initial project kickoff meeting to the final go-live milestone.
  • • Develop and meticulously execute comprehensive implementation plans, working in close partnership with Customer Success Managers, the broader Tech team, Product Managers, and Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • • Configure, integrate, and tailor the ScorePlay platform to precisely align with diverse client workflows. This includes managing integrations with APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, cloud storage providers, broadcast partners, and supporting both on-premise and hybrid IT setups.
  • • Oversee and actively monitor the processes for media ingest and archive migrations, providing critical support to clients in transferring substantial volumes of their existing content into the ScorePlay platform.
  • • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during the client onboarding process, acting as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for the customer.
  • • Serve as a key liaison with the Engineering team, escalating and collaborating on more complex integration requirements or customisation needs as they emerge.
  • • Customer Enablement & Adoption:
  • • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with the technical teams at client organizations, including IT departments, broadcast operations, media management teams, and third-party integrators, throughout the entire deployment journey.
  • • Lead and facilitate technical workshops and dedicated working sessions to ensure clear alignment on system architecture, operational workflows, and technical constraints.
  • • Provide essential technical support to the Customer Success team to enable client administrators and power users, ensuring they can confidently operate and leverage ScorePlay once the system is live.
  • • Effectively translate client needs, technical requirements, and operational constraints into clear, actionable technical specifications for internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • • Implementation Playbook & Process Improvement:
  • • Play a pivotal role in building and refining the ScorePlay implementation playbook for future deployments. This includes defining standard operating procedures, developing comprehensive checklists, creating essential documentation, and establishing reusable templates.
  • • Proactively identify bottlenecks, recurring challenges, and areas for improvement within the implementation process, proposing pragmatic and effective solutions to enhance our tools and workflows.
  • • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation, codifying best practices for client onboarding, system integrations, and media migration strategies.
  • • Act as the voice of delivery, channeling structured feedback from client engagements back to the Product and Technology teams to drive platform enhancements and streamline future deployments.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team during the critical phases of scoping, onboarding, and the eventual handover to the client's business-as-usual operations.
  • • Partner closely with Pre-Sales to validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and to meticulously prepare for complex, high-stakes deployments.
  • • Coordinate effectively with Product and Engineering teams when deployment activities uncover product gaps or present unique integration challenges.
  • • Champion the perspective of the delivery team internally, articulating the practical realities and requirements for successful customer deployments.
