- • Own the end-to-end technical deployment of ScorePlay for the largest US sports organizations, from project kickoff through go-live. You will design and execute implementation plans in close collaboration with Customer Success, Tech, Product and Pre-Sales, ensuring every deployment is smooth, on-time and exceeds client expectations.
- • Configure, integrate and adapt ScorePlay to fit each client’s unique workflows—this includes APIs, SSO, cloud storage, broadcast partners and on-prem/hybrid setups. You will be the technical authority who translates complex requirements into a working, scalable solution.
- • Operate and monitor large-scale media ingest and archive migrations, helping customers bring terabytes of existing content into ScorePlay without data loss or downtime. You will script, test and run repeatable migration workflows that become the gold standard for future rollouts.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding, acting as the primary technical point of contact for the customer. Whether it’s a mis-configured API endpoint, a firewall rule or a metadata mapping problem, you diagnose quickly and fix permanently.
- • Run technical workshops and working sessions with client IT, broadcast and media teams to align on architecture, workflows and constraints. You will turn white-board sketches into concrete implementation steps and build trusted relationships that last well beyond go-live.
- • Support Customer Success with admin and power-user enablement so clients can operate ScorePlay confidently once live. You will create run-books, scripts and dashboards that empower internal champions to own their platform day-to-day.
- • Help build the deployment playbook for future implementations—standard steps, checklists, documentation and templates that turn one-off successes into a repeatable machine. Your work will define how ScorePlay scales from 270 clients to 2,000.
- • Identify bottlenecks and recurring issues in implementation, then propose pragmatic improvements to tools and processes. You will feed real-world insights back to Product and Engineering so the platform gets smoother with every release.
- • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to validate technical feasibility during the deal cycle, ensuring what’s promised can actually be delivered. You will scope effort, surface risks and prepare complex deployments before contracts are signed.
- • Coordinate with Engineering when deployment surfaces product gaps or integration challenges. You will write clear technical requirements, reproduce edge-cases and shepherd fixes from dev branch to production.
- • Represent the voice of delivery internally—sharing what it really takes to make a deployment successful for customers. Your field notes will influence roadmap priorities and help the entire company understand the operational impact of new features.
- • Be the first Deployment Engineer in the US, laying the foundations for a future team. You will hire, mentor and scale the function as ScorePlay grows, turning your individual impact into organizational leverage.
- • Work remotely across US time zones while staying tightly connected to our 45-person team split between New York and Paris. You will use Slack, Notion and Zoom to keep projects moving 24/7 and build a culture of transparency and speed.
- • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where not everything is figured out yet. You will bring structure to ambiguity, turning loosely defined projects into clear plans that others can follow and improve upon.
