- • As a Deployment Strategist at SIFT, you will work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to sophisticated engineering organizations by owning complex implementations and driving adoption.
- • You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design technical solutions, build trust across engineers and executives, and run pilots that demonstrate value and inform long-term success roadmaps.
- • SIFT is a mission-critical observability platform founded by engineers from SpaceX, Google, and Palantir, built to provide real-time telemetry insights for high-frequency systems in aerospace and beyond.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise technical adoption, stakeholder alignment, and product-informed deployment strategies while working on systems that power advanced engineering workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures
- • Experience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations
- • Excellence in stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations
- • Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences
- • Willingness to work onsite Monday through Thursday in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and ability to travel 50%+
