- • As a Deployment Strategist at GovSignals, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our largest enterprise clients achieve unparalleled success with our AI-driven government contracting platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, guiding clients through their entire journey from initial onboarding to ongoing expansion and value realization. You will be instrumental in shaping how America's leading contractors engage with the government, directly contributing to national security and economic growth.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end customer journey for our enterprise accounts. This begins with a meticulous onboarding process, where you will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to deeply understand each client's unique organizational workflows, identify their critical pain points, and define clear success criteria. Based on this understanding, you will architect and execute tailored deployment plans designed to accelerate their time-to-value, ensuring they see tangible benefits from the GovSignals platform as quickly as possible.
- • A crucial aspect of your role involves acting as a strategic advisor to customer leadership. You will leverage your expertise to guide them on best practices in government contracting strategy and how to optimize their use of the GovSignals platform. This includes proactively identifying process gaps within their organizations and recommending workflow improvements that can significantly increase their win rates and operational efficiency. Your insights will be invaluable in helping them navigate the complexities of the government contracting landscape.
- • You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to a diverse range of user personas within client organizations. This includes capture managers, business development teams, proposal writers, and executive leadership. To foster sustained adoption, you will develop account-specific playbooks, user guides, and best practices documentation. Furthermore, you will cultivate internal champions within each client organization who will drive platform adoption and advocacy from within.
- • To ensure seamless integration and rapid problem resolution, you will coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support. Your ability to identify and remove blockers will be critical to maintaining momentum and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also run recurring office hours and enablement sessions to reinforce platform mastery and address any emerging user questions or challenges.
- • Beyond initial deployment, you will continuously seek opportunities to deepen the client relationship and drive account growth. This involves meticulously mapping complex customer organizations to identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across different teams, divisions, and use cases. You will partner closely with our Sales team to develop and execute strategic account growth plans, actively surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on observed usage patterns and evolving client needs.
- • Your role extends to ensuring customer retention and satisfaction by demonstrating measurable Return on Investment (ROI). You will maintain detailed account plans, track customer health scores, and meticulously record engagement activities. By identifying patterns across your client base, you will provide invaluable, actionable insights back to our Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing the future development of our platform and go-to-market strategies. You will also contribute to the development of our customer success infrastructure as the team scales, helping to build repeatable playbooks and processes that can be applied across the entire customer base.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Architect, or Account Management within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- • Proven startup experience, demonstrating the ability to build from scratch, move at a fast pace, and thrive in environments without established playbooks.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles.
- • Strong process orientation with experience in mapping customer workflows and translating them into effective adoption strategies.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with VPs and C-suite executives.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- • Government contracting knowledge or GovTech experience is a strong plus.
- • A bias toward action, high sense of ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
