• • This role is for a Deployment Strategist focused on the French market, operating within a high-velocity, AI-first environment. You will be an integral part of a creative and driven team comprising Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists. Your primary mission will be to tackle the most complex challenges faced by our French customers by effectively deploying our advanced voice AI technology.
• • You will be instrumental in synthesizing diverse information streams – from customer needs and data insights to product requirements and user motivations – to identify and articulate the most critical problems and their potential impact. This involves a deep dive into customer workflows and pain points to uncover relevant use cases.
• • A key responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our Engineering teams to implement our voice and audio AI technology into bespoke, innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. This includes designing and architecting integrations that ensure seamless compatibility with their existing products and operational frameworks.
• • You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to achieve maximum effectiveness and value.
• • The role demands exceptional communication skills, enabling you to present complex technical concepts and the results of our work to a wide range of audiences, from highly technical teams to C-suite executives. You will also be responsible for crafting compelling proposals for future engagements.
• • A significant aspect of this position involves close collaboration with our Research and Product teams. Your insights from the field, gathered through direct customer engagement, will be crucial for informing the development and enhancement of ElevenLabs' software products and AI models, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
• • You will be tasked with building and delivering impactful demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology, showcasing its capabilities to both prospective and existing clients.
• • Furthermore, you will explore and identify potential applications for our AI solutions in new industries, contributing to the global expansion of our AI capabilities across diverse sectors.
