- • As an Integration Engineer at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will serve as the technical bridge between the company’s payment orchestration platform and the products integrating it, ensuring seamless SDK and API adoption across health, education, and entertainment industries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting product teams with JavaScript SDK integration, debugging frontend and backend issues, reproducing integration problems, validating documentation against real system behavior, and providing feedback to improve developer experience.
- • You will work closely with backend engineers, frontend SDK developers, product managers, and internal CRM teams to triage issues, distinguish bugs from usage errors, and drive improvements based on real-world integration feedback.
- • Ruby Labs is a fast-growing tech company building innovative consumer products, and this role offers the opportunity to directly impact platform quality, developer satisfaction, and the reliability of payment processing at scale.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SDK design, and technical communication while gaining exposure to fintech systems, CRM tooling, and cross-functional product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend integrations
- • Experience working with frontend SDKs or third-party APIs
- • Ability to read and understand backend APIs (REST, JSON, auth flows)
- • Comfort debugging issues across frontend and backend boundaries
- • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
