- • Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist to deploy ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI technology by identifying and solving the most critical customer challenges across global enterprises.
- • Meet directly with strategic customers to uncover pain points in their audio workflows and map them to ElevenLabs’ AI capabilities, focusing on voice and chat agent deployment.
- • Design and architect bespoke, end-to-end integrations that embed ElevenLabs’ AI models into customer products, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing systems and operations.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype, build, and deliver high-impact demos of voice and audio AI solutions tailored to specific customer use cases.
- • Guide technical and executive customer teams on best practices for implementing ElevenLabs’ AI models to maximize performance, reliability, and scalability.
- • Present findings, proposals, and implementation roadmaps to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and C-suite executives.
- • Synthesize fragmented customer feedback and technical data into clear insights that inform product development and roadmap priorities for Research and Product teams.
- • Scope and explore new industry applications for ElevenLabs’ AI technology, identifying opportunities to expand deployment across global sectors.
- • Take full ownership of major customer projects from initial discovery through deployment and post-launch optimization, acting as the primary technical liaison.
- • Work daily with customers’ engineering and leadership teams to ensure optimal adoption and performance of ElevenLabs’ APIs and platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
- • Leverage AI tools internally to accelerate project execution, documentation, and communication across teams and with customers.
- • Operate in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy, where impact is measured by outcomes, not job titles, and no task is beneath you.
- • Travel to customer sites or attend company offsites as needed, with annual stipends provided for co-working, team meetups, and global company retreats.
- • Contribute to a global, location-agnostic team that prioritizes talent over geography, while maintaining deep alignment with customers based in Germany and across Europe.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student clubs or side projects
- • Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- • Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results
- • Adaptability to work across diverse customer environments and technical use cases
- • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and apply ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models
