📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end deployment of AI-driven HR automation solutions for enterprise clients with multi-country operations, ensuring seamless integration into complex workforce environments across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and staffing sectors.
- • Collaborate directly with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and leadership to define high-impact HR operational problems—such as high-volume hiring, monthly churn, and overstretched HR teams—and design tailored AI agent deployments to solve them.
- • Deploy AI workers that autonomously handle hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee engagement across voice, WhatsApp, and web channels, without relying on manual tool adoption by HR teams.
- • Conduct deep-dive analyses of client operations to identify bottlenecks, map workflows, and align AI agent capabilities with real-world HR processes in 40+ languages and diverse regulatory environments.
- • Drive adoption of AI solutions through targeted training, change management, and behavioral interventions that shift HR team workflows from manual tasks to strategic oversight.
- • Ensure measurable business impact by tracking outcomes such as reduced time-to-hire, improved retention, lower HR operational costs, and increased employee engagement—not just deployment milestones.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders, translating technical AI capabilities into strategic business value and securing ongoing executive buy-in.
- • Work across global time zones to support enterprise clients with distributed workforces, coordinating with regional HR leads and operations teams to localize deployment strategies.
- • Maintain deep product knowledge of AI agents that screen candidates, run interviews, schedule shifts, and onboard new hires 24/7 without human intervention.
- • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, prioritize feature enhancements, and influence roadmap decisions based on real-world deployment challenges.
- • Navigate complex integrations with existing HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity during and after deployment.
- • Document deployment processes, success metrics, and lessons learned to build scalable playbooks for future enterprise deployments.
- • Represent the company in client-facing workshops, executive briefings, and operational reviews, maintaining a consultative and outcome-oriented posture at all times.
- • Balance multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, prioritizing based on client size, strategic importance, and potential for measurable business impact.
- • Travel as needed to client sites across Europe and beyond to conduct on-site assessments, training sessions, and go-live support for critical deployments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience deploying complex enterprise software solutions in high-volume HR environments (hospitality, retail, healthcare, or staffing)
- • Demonstrated ability to drive behavioral change and adoption of automation tools among frontline HR teams and C-level stakeholders
- • Strong understanding of global HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance across multiple countries
- • Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
