• • As a Deployment Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge voice AI technology into the operations of our most strategic and demanding clients. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our advanced AI capabilities and the complex, real-world challenges faced by businesses across various sectors. You will operate within a dynamic, high-velocity environment, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists to architect and implement transformative solutions.
• • Your primary mission will be to distill intricate customer needs and technical landscapes into actionable strategies. This involves a deep dive into understanding customer pain points, identifying high-impact use cases, and translating these insights into concrete product implementations. You will be the key liaison, ensuring our AI technology not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, driving significant value and fostering deeper engagement.
• • A significant part of your role will involve direct customer interaction. You will meet with strategic clients to meticulously understand their critical audio and voice AI requirements, pinpointing their most pressing challenges. This deep engagement will allow you to identify relevant use cases by thoroughly analyzing customer problems and workflows, subsequently working hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to embed our voice and audio AI technology into innovative, tailored solutions.
• • You will be responsible for designing and architecting bespoke integrations that ensure our technology integrates seamlessly into the existing products and operational frameworks of our clients. This requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to create solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
• • Guiding customers on the optimal implementation of our voice and audio AI models will be a core responsibility. You will educate clients on best practices, ensuring they can maximize the effectiveness and leverage the full potential of our AI offerings. This consultative approach is crucial for long-term customer success and adoption.
• • Presenting the outcomes of your work and proposing future strategic initiatives will be a regular occurrence. You will need to articulate complex technical concepts and project results clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of audiences, from highly technical teams to C-suite executives, demonstrating the value and impact of ElevenLabs' solutions.
• • A crucial aspect of this role is the feedback loop with our internal teams. You will collaborate closely with our Research and Product teams, channeling valuable field insights gathered from customer engagements back into the development of ElevenLabs' software products and AI models. This ensures our technology remains at the cutting edge and directly addresses market needs.
• • You will also play a key role in showcasing our capabilities by building and delivering compelling demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology to both prospective and existing customers. These demos will be instrumental in illustrating the power and versatility of our platform.
