📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at ElevenLabs Inc., you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success to deploy cutting-edge voice AI technology for strategic clients in Singapore and beyond. Your role is critical in transforming complex customer challenges into tailored AI solutions that drive real-world impact.
• Day to day, you will engage directly with customers to uncover their audio and voice AI needs, design and architect custom integrations, guide implementation best practices, build compelling demos, and collaborate with internal research and product teams to translate field insights into product improvements. You will also scope new industry applications and lead end-to-end execution of high-impact projects for key partners.
• You will join a driven, creative team of engineers, product designers, and strategists in ElevenLabs’ growing Singapore office, where innovation and customer-centric problem-solving are at the core of the culture. The team operates at the forefront of voice AI, applying advanced models to solve real-world communication challenges across industries.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI deployment, technical consulting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art voice and audio AI models, sharpen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, and develop leadership in managing complex, customer-facing projects from concept to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including academic or side projects
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability to work across diverse customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models and their applications
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
