- • You'll be the person who makes sure everything runs, and increasingly, the person others go to when they need something to happen.
- • Firecrawl's People & Operations function covers a lot: recruiting, HR, onboarding, events, exec support, vendor and financial operations, and the systems that hold it all together.
- • You'll come in as the right hand of the person who owns all of it, take real ownership of whole pieces, and grow into someone who can stand in on almost anything.
- • This role rewards judgment, follow-through, and the kind of person who sees what needs doing and does it before being asked.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or a high-ownership generalist role, ideally at a startup
- • Exceptional judgment and follow-through
- • Comfortable with ambiguity and wide scope
- • Organized enough to hold a hundred threads and calm enough that no one can tell
- • Discreet and trustworthy
- • Move fast and close the loop
