We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer (React) to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge web solutions.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in translating product requirements into robust and scalable software solutions. This includes not only developing new features but also implementing crucial improvements and bug fixes to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our platforms.
- • You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our development processes. This involves conducting thorough research to identify and propose new methodologies, concepts, and emerging trends that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring we remain at the forefront of web technology.
- • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation is a key responsibility. You will ensure that all system and tool documentation accurately reflects the latest versions and configurations, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient onboarding.
- • Quality assurance is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of all deliverables by creating and maintaining automated tests, including unit tests, functional tests, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tests, to guarantee code integrity and functionality.
- • Provide essential technical support for our production systems. This includes proactively monitoring system health, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and minimize downtime.
- • You will be involved in configuring development environments and managing the deployment and publication of applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient release process.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves defining the architecture for new solutions. You will leverage your expertise to design scalable, maintainable, and performant system architectures that meet current and future business needs.
- • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development, ensuring the adoption of modern technologies and techniques to enhance our product offerings.

- • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand user needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

- • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
- • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to a collaborative and efficient development workflow.
