📋 Description

• • Build and ship high-fidelity marketing experiences on Givebutter’s Astro-based marketing site, transforming Figma prototypes and AI-generated explorations into production-grade interactive interfaces with motion, interaction, and pixel-perfect precision.
• • Collaborate directly with the Design team to translate ambitious visual and interaction designs into functional, performant frontend code, ensuring the marketing site reflects Givebutter’s brand personality: fun, warm, alive, and intentionally crafted.
• • Develop data-driven marketing pages—such as per-cause hubs, campaign-specific landing pages, and vertical-specific surfaces—that dynamically surface real nonprofit data while maintaining hand-crafted quality and aesthetic consistency.
• • Implement advanced frontend animations using tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, View Transitions API, Lottie, or scroll-linked effects to create engaging, smooth, and responsive user experiences across devices.
• • Integrate marketing surfaces with the same analytics, A/B testing, and feature flagging infrastructure used by the product team, including PostHog and LaunchDarkly, to enable data-informed optimization of marketing campaigns.
• • Partner with a third-party Webflow team on cross-cutting technical concerns such as tracking instrumentation, SEO, and analytics alignment across the entire web presence—without managing content or using Webflow for page building.
• • Architect and maintain reusable frontend component libraries and interaction primitives that evolve across marketing and potentially into the product surface, prioritizing maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
• • Optimize Core Web Vitals and ensure full compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, including reduced motion preferences, semantic HTML structure, and responsive layouts that function flawlessly across browsers and devices.
• • Review, refine, and validate AI-assisted code outputs before production deployment, applying human judgment to balance automation with creative craft and technical integrity.
• • Work autonomously within a low-meeting environment, managing your own schedule to focus on deep engineering work, while remaining highly collaborative across Design, Growth, Marketing, and Product Engineering teams.
• • Act as a translator between disciplines—interpreting design intent into code, translating product needs into marketing capabilities, and ensuring technical consistency across all internet-facing surfaces of the brand.
• • Contribute to shaping the future of AI-assisted marketing engineering at Givebutter by defining workflows that enhance creativity without compromising quality, performance, or accessibility.
• • Maintain and enhance the technical foundation of the marketing site, ensuring it feels like a natural extension of the Givebutter product—not a separate, static brochure, but a dynamic, interactive, and evolving experience.
