📋 Description

• As a Design Engineer at OnePay, you will help define modern design-to-code practices by generating production-ready components and evolving the design platform in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• You will work closely with the Design Systems Engineer and Creative Lead to bridge design and implementation, using React Native to ship high-fidelity UI components with precision and speed.
• OnePay is a fast-moving fintech company backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, building an all-in-one financial platform serving millions of underserved Americans through banking, investing, credit, and embedded financial services.
• In this role, you will shape the future of design handoff by leveraging AI coding tools, advocating for pixel-perfect implementation, and helping establish new workflows that merge design fluency with engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React)
• Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity
• Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap
• Strong communication across design and engineering disciplines
• Track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define team workflows
