- • Serve as the primary point of contact for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with state and federal laws.
- • Oversee all brokerage activities including marketing, advertising, and transaction oversight to maintain adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
- • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to streamline brokerage processes and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.
- • Supervise, mentor, and provide performance guidance to Regional Brokers and licensed real estate agents across the designated state.
- • Design and organize ongoing training programs to keep agents informed on legal updates, industry best practices, and company-specific policies.
- • Collaborate with the Head of Brokerage and cross-functional teams to align regional operations with company objectives and respond to regulatory audits or inquiries.
- • Monitor agent performance and operational outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-informed solutions.
- • Promote adoption of company-affiliated products and services such as One Real Title, One Real Mortgage, and Real Wallet where available in the region.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all brokerage activities and ensure timely communication of policy changes to agents and internal teams.
- • Act as a compliance expert and strategic leader, balancing regulatory oversight with operational excellence and agent success.
- • Be part of Real’s Designated Broker Talent Network to gain early exposure to company operations and be considered for future full-time Designated Broker openings nationwide.
- • Travel within your designated state as required to support agents, conduct site visits, and attend regulatory or operational meetings.
- • Work standard business hours Monday through Friday, aligned with your local time zone.
- • Maintain proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms used for transaction management, compliance tracking, and agent support.
- • Foster a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high performance among agents and regional brokers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active real estate broker license in your state with ongoing continuing education in real estate, management, and legal compliance
- • In-depth knowledge of state real estate laws, industry standards, and compliance requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role over a large, active agent population
- • Proven leadership experience in brokerage operations and agent mentorship
- • Ability to travel within your region as needed
- • Proficiency with real estate software and technology platforms
