  • • Create and define the aesthetic readiness of Brooks Running inline footwear projects as part of seasonal collections, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the product line.
  • • Execute design balance between progressive and commercially acceptable design solutions to meet both innovation and market demands.
  • • Apply the creative foundation of CRAFTED BEAUTY to develop compelling footwear designs that elevate Brooks Running’s inline product aesthetic.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Color–Material & Trend Design team to develop Seasonal Beauty, contributing emotional storytelling through color, graphics, materials, finishes, and trend direction across pre-development and inline phases.
  • • Partner with the Advanced Design team to integrate FUTURE BEAUTY concepts into inline execution, bridging advanced design thinking with commercial product development.
  • • Utilize 3D visual and technical tools to strengthen design communication, enhance product understanding, and ensure design fidelity throughout the development process.
  • • Use digital tools to clearly express design intent, support iterative design cycles, and maintain consistency in execution across global teams.
  • • Share design files across the footwear organization and with Asia-based development partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent product execution.
  • • Communicate design intent clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams including Product Line Management, Product Development, Color & Trend, and Product Assessment.
  • • Ensure design vision is accurately carried through every stage of the product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
  • • Maintain brand direction, performance requirements, and aesthetic appeal aligned with the target runner consumer.
  • • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Brooks’ design language to reinforce the brand as the most LOVED for runners worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in footwear design, specifically in inline product development
  • • Proficiency in 3D visual and technical design tools for footwear development
  • • Strong understanding of color, material, and trend development in athletic footwear
  • • Ability to balance innovative design with commercial viability and brand alignment
  • • Experience collaborating with global product development teams, particularly in Asia
  • • Demonstrated ability to communicate design intent clearly across cross-functional teams
