• In this pivotal role, you will be the primary bridge between Somnia and the global developer community. Your mission will be to cultivate understanding, drive adoption, and foster deep integration of our cutting-edge technology. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling content, and implementing initiatives that not only attract but also retain developers, transforming them into active and enthusiastic contributors to the Somnia network.
• Your responsibilities will span the entire developer lifecycle. You will design and implement innovative growth and retention strategies, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for every developer who engages with Somnia. This includes creating a rich tapestry of educational and inspirational content, from in-depth tutorials and practical starter kits to clear documentation and illustrative sample code, all aimed at demystifying complex concepts and accelerating the development of sophisticated DeFi applications.
• We believe in empowering developers to build the impossible. You will be at the forefront of this mission, creating content that not only educates but also ignites creativity. This involves leveraging diverse formats – think engaging threads on X, insightful blog posts, and even shareable memes – to position Somnia as the undisputed go-to platform for next-generation Web3 development. Your content will be the voice of Somnia, articulating our vision and showcasing the unique capabilities of our Agentic Chain.
• Beyond content creation, you will be a key architect of developer engagement. You will orchestrate and run high-signal developer activations, including hands-on workshops, competitive hackathons, and targeted grants programs. These initiatives are designed to transform nascent ideas into tangible, live DeFi projects, demonstrating the power and potential of building on Somnia. Your ability to identify and connect with high-potential developer communities will be crucial, refining our outreach strategies and messaging to amplify awareness and encourage widespread participation.
• Collaboration is at the heart of Somnia's success. You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to identify and systematically eliminate developer pain points. 🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, with a proven track record of building and nurturing developer-focused communities.
• In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure, and the principles of building scalable decentralized systems.
• Demonstrated success in community building and engagement, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Strong technical acumen, capable of understanding complex blockchain concepts and articulating them clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging and informative technical content.
• Ability to produce original content without reliance on AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent networking and presentation skills, with experience in organizing and managing developer events such as hackathons and meetups.
