- • Developer who connects with other developers at PostHog Inc., a remote-first company building an all-in-one product platform that acts as a co-pilot for developers and AI agents.
- • The role focuses on growing meaningful online conversations across PostHog’s forum, Discord, and subreddit, while identifying and empowering superfans through a structured community operating system.
- • PostHog is a product-led, default-alive, well-funded company with over 450,000 organizations using its platform, known for transparency, autonomy, shipping fast, time for building, ambition, and being weird.
- • The person in this role will learn how to scale authentic developer engagement, build community systems that outlive individual contributors, and bridge online and offline community efforts — all while embodying PostHog’s values in a high-impact, autonomous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Track record of building or stewarding an online community where high-quality conversations happened — forum, Discord, Slack, subreddit, doesn't matter which, results matter
- • Already an active PostHog user — using PostHog in your own work today, with enough product knowledge to have credible technical conversations with users
- • Has been an active participant in developer communities (not just managed them from the outside)
- • Strong public writing/speaking — able to model the conversational standard you want users to meet
- • Embody PostHog's values in your day-to-day experiences
